We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join the company with strong expertise in Creator Marketing (Influencer Marketing) and deep experience of creating a variety of digital and social media strategies with creators at heart. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where culture is just as important as impact. Your role will involve partnering and building long-lasting relationships with some of the biggest clients in the region and creating, owning, and driving high-profile, newsworthy and best-in-class creative campaigns on Snapchat.

Through your work, you will cement and further grow the company’s positioning, proving the value of the platform as a necessary media partner and an unmissable creative opportunity. What you’ll do:
- Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to help close and upsell, directly accountable for supporting sales revenue targets within your market.
- In partnership with the sales team leadership, develop a strong, persuasive narrative for the role the company can play in the Creator Marketing space for clients across the book of business in the region.
- Together with Business Leads, Marketing Science, and Product Marketing, identify the priority problems to solve for advertisers and help define the best go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Marketing Science to ensure effectiveness is being measured and quantified.
- Identify opportunities to further develop the Creators ecosystem and educate advertisers on the topic.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to give creative input on new advertising solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.
- Serve as the creator product expert by educating brands and agencies on new and existing products and advising on best practices.
- Work closely with PR and Marketing to deliver relevant thought-leadership pieces and case studies.
- Collaborate with other Creative Strategy team members, locally and globally, to ensure best practices are being shared and cross-sell opportunities identified.
- Cultivate creative agency partnerships at the senior level to drive wide understanding and adoption of the company’s creative solutions.
- Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.
Knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to details.
- Understanding of digital and mobile marketing and how to build strategies for social platforms leveraging different formats.
- Experience building innovative creative experiences and developing impact-driving strategies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English - written and spoken.
- Deep understanding of the cultural norms and nuances of the region, particularly of Saudi Arabia.
- Being deeply curious about consumer behavior with the ability to connect qualitative and quantitative research to build strategic recommendations.
- A love of the creator space and passion for all things influence.
- Strong understanding of creator advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of creator marketing and strategies to solve for business needs across a range of clients.
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising or another related field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the local Creators Ecosystem.
- Track record of leading the development of exceptional creative campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to understand and solve for any advertiser challenge.
- Expertise in commanding a room and succinctly articulating thought-leading advertising solutions - especially in Arabic.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and persuade others.
