Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve sales growth in the market.
- Manage sales and services, increasing the company's market share by serving as the main contact between accounts and the organization.
- Work closely with customers to identify and anticipate their needs, provide solutions, and co-create value.
- Collaborate with local marketing and technical services to implement strategies effectively with key accounts.
- Educate customers about the company’s brands and address account issues by coordinating with appropriate personnel and external parties.
- Meet or exceed both qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Estimate and forecast product volumes for customers on a monthly basis.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align the company’s resources with the long-term needs of customers.
- Provide insights to management regarding trends and competitive initiatives that could affect the company’s business.
- Develop creative strategies to grow the business within ruminant key customers in both Western and Eastern regions while navigating challenges.
- Ensure resource utilization delivers a solid return on investment and promotes sustainable brand development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s brands, values, and market positioning.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine or a relevant field, with experience in the animal health pharmaceutical business.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the animal health industry, market trends, and business dynamics.
- Proven abilities in planning, forecasting, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving.
- Capacity to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Displays a growth and accountability mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possesses strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in business English.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
