You will get the chance to:
- Lead collaboration with clients and Globant teams to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements.
- Oversee the representation of security in the design and development process, ensuring integrity throughout the product life cycle.
- Actively participate in pre-sales and business development, seeking new opportunities for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Implement agile product management practices related to security, including vision, strategy, and backlog management.
- Serve as a client advocate, providing expertise to resolve client issues and highlight potential risks.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in security practices.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives and suggest opportunities for enhancement in security processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, centered around delivering value and maintaining transparency in communication.
- Drive the integration of security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Identify and address opportunities for continuous learning and improvement in security measures.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience leading cybersecurity initiatives within consulting firms or relevant industries.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams focused on security.
- Exceptional client-management skills, including effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working for a Tech Consulting/Professional Services firm.
- Experience working with or for companies in sectors such as Media & Entertainment, Travel, Hospitality & Leisure.
