Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing end-to-end security architectures for Cloud and Telecom environments, ensuring robust protection across the full network stack.
- Developing and implementing security frameworks aligned with international standards such as 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI, NIST, and ISO 27001, applying best practices including Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, and Adaptive Security architectures.
- Conducting risk assessments and threat modeling across complex Telecom environments, providing expert technical guidance to mitigate cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
- Assessing, recommending, and validating security technologies—such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, PKI, HSM, PAM, EDR, SIEM, and SOAR solutions—against defined security requirements.
- Creating and maintaining high-quality security architecture documentation including HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, guidelines, and training materials, while collaborating with solution architects and integration teams to ensure secure deployments.
- Engaging directly with customers and senior executives during workshops and presentations, acting as a trusted technical authority on Telecom cybersecurity matters.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in cybersecurity with a minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years focused on Telecom environments (4G/5G security, RAN infrastructures, transport networks, and cloud/virtualization platforms).
- Deep technical knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks including GSMA, ENISA, TS33.x, ETSI, and NIST, complemented by hands-on experience with security solutions such as PKI, HSM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, and secure architecture patterns.
- Relevant professional certifications such as TOGAF, ISSAP, CISSP, or CCSP (or equivalent), along with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Telecommunications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility for international travel to customer locations.
