Senior Cyber Solution Architect - Telco

At the company Engineering, we are a world leader in engineering services and are looking for a Senior Cyber Solution Architect specializing in telecommunications. You will join a distinguished team of engineers and cybersecurity specialists dedicated to helping innovative companies maximize their potential. In this role, you will have the chance to work on cutting-edge projects involving 5G, IoT, and complex telecom security programs.

Your Role:

• Design end-to-end security architectures for Cloud and Telecom environments, ensuring robust protection across the network stack.
• Develop and implement security frameworks aligned with international standards (e.g., 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Conduct risk assessments and provide technical guidance to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Assess and validate security technologies against defined security requirements.
• Create high-quality security architecture documentation while collaborating with solution architects and integration teams.
• Engage with customers and senior executives as a technical authority on Telecom cybersecurity matters.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 12 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years focusing on Telecom environments (4G/5G security).
• Deep knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (GSMA, ENISA, ETSI, NIST).
• Experience with security solutions including PKI, HSM, PAM, SIEM, EDR.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ISSAP, CISSP, CCSP) and a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Telecommunications.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is preferred, and willingness to travel internationally is required.
