Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination, integration, and continuous improvement of security assurance processes within the Product portfolio.
- Oversee security controls' implementation and effectiveness in collaboration with specialist teams and portfolio stakeholders.
- Manage risk, compliance, and remediation activities in alignment with industry best practices and the company's objectives.
- Promote a culture of secure-by-design and proactive risk management through cross-functional engagement and strategic leadership.
- Monitor and review security controls’ effectiveness, escalating findings and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of formal methodologies, tools, and documentation for security assurance activities.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to foster a culture of security awareness and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with an information security-related industry-recognized certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, CEH, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity assurance, governance, or risk within complex enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, COBIT, GDPR, and relevant regional standards.
- Proven ability to integrate outputs across multiple cybersecurity domains for a cohesive assurance view.
- Strong expertise in evaluating control effectiveness and managing audit findings.
- Experience in advancing assurance maturity through improved methodologies and standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex findings into clear business insights.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative mindset for embedding assurance outcomes into business processes.
- Experience in aviation/airport environments is preferred, with a willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times per year.
