We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Product & Data team and help shape the analytics culture across our fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, growth, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Leadership to answer key business questions through data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo, and define key metrics.
  • Write efficient SQL to extract and analyze large datasets (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability.
  • Support experimentation by defining success metrics, setting guardrails, and analyzing test outcomes.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Analytics (Product, Growth, or SaaS preferred).
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
  • Experience in defining and maintaining metrics across product funnels or journeys.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to translate insights into action.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and statistical reasoning; B2B SaaS or EdTech experience is a plus, with familiarity in Mixpanel preferred.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
