Your Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support growth across the CEO's Office. The successful candidate will develop analytical solutions and assist in making data-driven decisions while managing diverse stakeholder relationships. As a key member of our dynamic Engineering team, you will help build innovative platforms for seamless transactions within the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business impact through actionable insights and identify key growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team on data enrichment for product needs.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on impact and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets to empower informed decision-making.
- Uphold governance and best analytical practices throughout the process.
Your Expertise:
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) for manipulating large data sets.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of finance, risk, or product domains.
- Experience with Machine Learning tools/techniques in R or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Experience with Apache Superset is a bonus.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn is advantageous.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
