Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics for the fiat business line — P2P, One-Click Buy (credit card / balance / money deposit), fiat Spot pairs, and fiat FTD — covering conversion funnels, corridor-level user behavior, and revenue structure.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to track fiat OKR metrics.
  • Analyze fiat revenue composition end to end — trading fees, spread, and hedging PnL — and construct full-chain revenue models from gross revenue through channel cost and hedging cost to net revenue.
  • Monitor fiat liquidity supply and demand: order-book depth and spread by currency, maker/taker supply structure, and competitive benchmarking against other exchanges and local platforms.
  • Evaluate payment channel and P2P partner performance — conversion, cost, failure reasons, settlement reconciliation — and support commercial negotiations with data.
  • Deliver data support for regional entities and regulatory requirements, where accuracy standards are externally auditable.
  • Build operational monitoring for fiat workflows: order/ticket SLA and aging metrics, queue and pending-stage breakdowns, and anomaly alerting.
  • Support product, operations, regional, compliance, and finance teams with ad-hoc analysis, pre/post-launch impact assessment, and A/B or quasi-experimental evaluation of pricing and fee changes.
  • Provide actionable recommendations on pricing, currency and corridor prioritization, maker incentive design, and channel strategy to support fiat growth and monetization.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Background in payments, fiat on/off-ramp, FX, cross-border remittance, banking, or fintech required.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R).
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of conversion funnel and transaction-flow analysis — drop-off diagnosis, failure attribution, cohort-based conversion.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, particularly for externally reported or compliance-facing figures.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with crypto fiat gateways — P2P marketplaces, card acquiring, local bank rails, stablecoin settlement.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplace dynamics (maker/taker supply, pricing competitiveness, ad ranking) or market microstructure and order-book depth analysis.
  • Experience supporting regulated entities and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience in fraud, AML, or market-abuse analytics.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, quasi-experimental design, or machine learning techniques.
  • Prior experience at a crypto exchange, payment institution, or digital asset platform.
