We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the CX functions and help drive our next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing analytical solutions that inform data-driven decision-making while managing various stakeholders across the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive business impact through actionable insights and identify key opportunities for rapid growth.
- Build dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team on data enrichment needs for the product team.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on impact and drive delivery.
- Develop processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to empower informed decision-making.
- Ensure governance and uphold good analytical practices throughout the analytical process.
Your Expertise:
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other analytical fields. Candidates with relevant knowledge and experience from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience using programming languages (Python, R) to manipulate large datasets for insights.
- Proficiency in SQL implementations (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- An understanding of the domain of interest, whether in Finance, Risk, or Product.
- Experience with Machine Learning tools and techniques in R or Python is a plus!
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Apache Superset is a bonus.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn is an asset.
