As a Senior Data Analyst in our Data team, you will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable intelligence. This position focuses on Business Intelligence, supporting various business units by delivering actionable insights and creating impactful reports that facilitate data-driven decisions and optimize performance in alignment with Huspy's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain BI Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Data Extraction and Analysis: Utilize SQL and other tools to gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources like Snowflake.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Optimize Reporting: Enhance reporting systems for scalability and efficiency; ensure reports are easily accessible and actionable.
- Support Data-Driven Decisions: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Ensure Data Quality: Implement quality checks to maintain accuracy in BI systems.
- Document BI Processes: Maintain documentation for BI processes and dashboard usage guidelines.
The Perfect Match:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a data analytics or BI-focused role.
- BI and Visualization Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake is beneficial.
- Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Experience in generating insights to support business needs.
- ETL Skills: Understanding of ETL processes for data preparation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
Additional Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, db, and Airflow is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Experience in fast-paced, data-centric environments is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen related to PropTech or startup sectors.
