Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably in financial services, fintech, or BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later). The ideal candidate will lead core analytics projects related to collections, identify patterns, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), develop data-driven strategies, and collaborate with the operations team to monitor and enhance performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collections Analytics: Analyze collection trends and payment behavior, build predictive models, and maintain dashboards for performance metrics.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct in-depth RCA to understand issues affecting collections and recommend improvements.
  • Strategy Development: Develop data-driven strategies to optimize collections and reduce delinquencies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Work closely with the operations team, analyze agent performance data, and provide performance reports.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a data partner for the operations team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data quality, create automated reports, and stay updated with analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, focusing on collections or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Knowledge of performance KPIs in a collections or financial setting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the BNPL or financial services industry.
  • Understanding of credit risk and collection strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and collection management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
