Responsibilities:
- Own the development of a robust reporting framework for Onboarding.
- Partner closely with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key metrics, build dashboards, and enable self-service analytics.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the onboarding journey using data.
- Deliver insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools, ensuring data reliability and actionability.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate data modeling and pipeline alignment with business logic.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Economics, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, particularly in operational or product-facing analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data narratives.
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Looker, and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with data modeling and scalable reporting architectures.
- Comfort in defining success metrics in ambiguity.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments and understanding of customer journey analytics.
