Senior Data Analyst, Onboarding

The Senior Data Analyst for Onboarding will play a crucial role in shaping and structuring onboarding analytics. This role focuses on creating the necessary insights, tools, and metrics to enhance the onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust reporting framework for Onboarding to bring structure and scalability.
• Partner with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key metrics and build dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the onboarding process using data.
• Deliver insights to inform decisions and improvements across all levels of the company.
• Maintain and optimize reporting tools, ensuring data reliability and actionability.
• Collaborate with data engineers to model onboarding data accurately.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• 5+ years in an analytical role, with exposure to operational or product-facing analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker preferred) and dashboard development.
• Experience with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting architectures.
• Familiarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle tracking.
