The Senior Data Analyst for Onboarding will play a crucial role in shaping and structuring onboarding analytics. This role focuses on creating the necessary insights, tools, and metrics to enhance the onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust reporting framework for Onboarding to bring structure and scalability.
- Partner with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key metrics and build dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the onboarding process using data.
- Deliver insights to inform decisions and improvements across all levels of the company.
- Maintain and optimize reporting tools, ensuring data reliability and actionability.
- Collaborate with data engineers to model onboarding data accurately.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- 5+ years in an analytical role, with exposure to operational or product-facing analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker preferred) and dashboard development.
- Experience with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting architectures.
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle tracking.
