Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust reporting framework for Onboarding to enhance structure and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key metrics and build dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the onboarding journey using data analytics.
- Deliver insights to stakeholders at all levels, informing strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Maintain and optimize reporting tools in Looker (or other BI tools) to ensure data reliability.
- Work with data engineers and analytics engineers to model onboarding data and ensure accuracy in data pipelines.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- 5+ years in an analytical role with experience in operational or product-facing analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in handling large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker preferred) and dashboard development.
- Experience with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting.
- Comfort with operating in ambiguous situations and defining success metrics.
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle tracking.
Language Requirements:
English proficiency preferred as the company operates in a global environment with a team that speaks 74 languages.
