Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with extensive hands-on experience in big data analytics. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in analyzing large datasets, utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a comprehensive indicator system and monitoring framework based on business goals.
• Conduct in-depth thematic analysis to provide data support for operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product directions.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to identify data product requirements and promote the development of data products.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions related to data technology concepts, skills, methods, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong logical analysis skills with a keen sensitivity to data, capable of extracting key results from large datasets.
• Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL and experienced in using Excel, PPT, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional and cross-team projects.
