In the role of Senior Data Analyst - Strategy, you will collaborate closely with the Strategy team to enhance processes, services, products, and software through insightful analysis. You will share a commitment to growth with business leaders and play a vital part in building the company/Bayut brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the strategy team to translate complex datasets into actionable growth roadmaps for senior leaders.
- Identify high-value opportunities in growth, pricing elasticity, and operational efficiency.
- Align company objectives through collaboration with the leadership team.
- Design executive-level BI dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Analytics and Strategy teams, managing projects with precision.
- Execute end-to-end analytics projects that influence P&L decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure the quality of their outputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Statistics; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a strategy, business analytics, or sales enabling role.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experience with Dashboard tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
