Your responsibilities will include developing sophisticated data models, creating compelling dashboards, and automating processes to encourage smarter, faster decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize data insights to achieve measurable outcomes by optimizing product features and improving customer experiences. - Develop comprehensive data models while considering data privacy, accessibility, and accuracy. - Collaborate across data teams to fulfill business requirements related to data quality, management, and reporting. - Provide actionable reporting solutions by creating dashboards and presenting them effectively to stakeholders. - Standardize business terminologies for clear definitions of KPIs and metrics. - Continuously optimize team processes for better efficiency. - Mentor and guide junior team members on best data practices. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a solid background in statistics, mathematics, or engineering. - Proficiency in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), programming languages (Python/R), and ETL/ELT frameworks. - Extensive experience with data modeling, aggregation best practices, and designing scalable analytics solutions. - Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Looker Studio, etc.) and creating impactful dashboards. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in spoken and written English. - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and modern cloud-based analytics infrastructure is highly valued. - Knowledge of financial products, digital marketing platforms, and proficiency with AI/low-code data tools are strong advantages.
