Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a comprehensive and accurate indicator system to support daily operational needs and business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced data tools (SQL, Python, Tableau), translating complex findings into actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to optimize key business workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and deliver regular competitor reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong logical analysis abilities and data sensitivity, enabling you to extract core results from massive datasets and identify deep changes and root causes.
- Proficiency in data extraction tools such as SQL, and skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Excellent logical thinking, language expression abilities, and capability to independently write business data analysis reports.
- Strong business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models, with the ability to identify business opportunities from a development perspective.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, along with experience leading cross-functional and cross-team projects to promote successful execution.
