Senior Data Architect

We are looking for highly experienced Senior Data Architects to lead the design, development, and rollout of the bank’s Common Information Model (CIM). This role requires strong expertise in banking data architectures, canonical modeling, and enterprise integration, along with the ability to map complex legacy and modern systems to a unified data model. The ideal candidate will collaborate with enterprise architecture, business, technology, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and scalability across the bank’s data and integration landscape.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Yearly Renewable Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10–15 years of experience in data architecture, with significant exposure to banking.
• Deep hands-on expertise in data modeling (Erwin)—conceptual, logical, and physical.
• Experience building canonical models and enterprise information architectures.
• Proven experience designing APIs/microservices derived from enterprise data models.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of BIAN BOM / BIAN Service Landscape.
• Core banking systems, especially STTM.
• Data platforms: ODS, DWH, data lakehouse.
• Experience producing Enterprise Architecture artifacts using Abacus or similar tools.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:

• Understanding of NDMO DAM framework.
• SAMA ITG.
• FAML/CTF, Risk, and Finance data requirements.
