Your responsibilities include delivering core infrastructure for the company's online services, such as Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the company's Azure platform. You will perform key tasks that contribute to the operational success of a large global portfolio of Data Centers while promoting environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize ticketing queues and resolve escalations to enable continued delivery of Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) activities.
- Provide guidance to a team preparing and executing inbound/outbound deliveries and documenting packages.
- Coordinate with third-party warehouses and suppliers for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Maintain inventory balance accuracy and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
- Attend daily safety briefings, complete safety training, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Seek opportunities to simplify and automate existing workstream processes.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma AND experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet the company's security screening requirements, including the company's Cloud background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or IT environment, operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) for a large corporation OR equivalent experience.
This position is located in Qatar, Ad-Daw?ah, Doha and will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
