Senior Data Center Logistics Technician

As a the company Senior Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician (DIAT), you will prioritize and assign ticketed work to technicians, provide guidance on logistics tasks, and ensure accurate inventory balances. You will demonstrate expertise in Inventory & Asset Management processes and mentor peer technicians to accelerate career growth.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues to enable continued delivery of Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) activities.
• Provide task-specific guidance to technicians preparing for incoming/outgoing deliveries and documenting packages.
• Coordinate with third-party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers to facilitate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory balances and process failed vendor hardware devices in accordance with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) warranty processes.
• Attend and conduct safety briefings, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications
Required:

• High School Diploma AND experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, inventory management, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work shifts, including non-standard hours.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy-load movement equipment for a large corporation.

Background Check Requirements:

• Ability to pass the company Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
