Must have Skills: AWS Glue, Lakehouse architectures, data quality frameworks, OpenMetadata, Medallion design

Responsibilities:

Strong experience with data quality frameworks and tools (Soda Core or similar).
Hands-on experience with Lakehouse architectures and Medallion design.
Proficiency in AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena) and data validation techniques.
Identify ways to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
Knowledge of data contracts, metadata management, and lineage tools (OpenMetadata preferred).
Build automated validation and reconciliation pipelines.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive migration targets.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience in Jira and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years in data engineering or data quality roles, with at least 3 years in data assurance leadership.
Experience in the financial services or banking domain is a strong plus.
