As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and scale the pipelines that power our analytics and AI platforms. You will be responsible for the full data flow from ingestion and preparation to modeling and aggregation, ensuring data quality and best practices are integrated from the start. This role will involve leveraging AI tools within data engineering workflows, contributing to data governance standards, and collaborating with various teams to deliver reliable, well-modeled data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and scale robust ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and aggregation.
  • Integrate data quality checks, testing, and automation throughout the pipeline.
  • Enhance existing data products and conduct proofs of concept for new initiatives.
  • Manage pipeline monitoring, alerting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with analytics and business teams to ensure data reliability.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Strong expertise in data warehouse concepts, including dimensional modeling and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Airflow for orchestrating pipelines and dbt for building transformations.
