Key Responsibilities:
- Data Warehouse Architecture & Modeling: Design and drive the architecture of the Financial Data Warehouse, including core dimensional models across key domains such as users, orders, repayments, and risk features, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance.
- Single Source of Truth (SSOT) Ownership: Lead the implementation and maintenance of a Single Source of Truth for critical business and financial KPIs across all products and stakeholders.
- Data Quality & Reliability: Establish and maintain robust data quality frameworks, including automated and manual validation, monitoring, and alerting for critical financial fact tables and risk-related datasets.
- Data Governance Enablement: Build and operationalize data governance practices, including metadata management, data standards, and quality methodologies, to support consistent and compliant data usage.
Key Requirements:
- Senior Data Engineering Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in big data platform development and maintenance, with strong proficiency in technologies such as Hive, Spark, and Flink, and deep expertise in DWH modeling, ETL design, and performance optimization.
- Data Governance Expertise: Proven experience building a data governance system from the ground up, including practical use of metadata management tools and formal data quality frameworks.
- Financial Services Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Extensive data experience within financial services, credit, payments, or risk control domains, with a strong understanding of financial business processes and data models related to loan origination, repayment, delinquency management, and risk feature engineering.
