This role involves close collaboration with the Data Architect and integration with data scientists and analysts to support business objectives. The data will be aggregated primarily in Google BigQuery with a final data warehouse hosted in Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design data models, pipelines, and integrations to support various business functions including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain scalable data management systems and ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the data infrastructure meets business requirements while ensuring quality, governance, and security.
- Identify new opportunities for data acquisition and innovation in data utilization.
- Integrate new data management technologies and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in data management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, or R.
- Strong experience with SQL database design and architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google BigQuery, Microsoft Azure) and ETL frameworks.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Sitecore and GA4 is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- On-site presence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
