Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team of data-focused Engineers dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
- Engage with customers ranging from large corporations to emerging startups.
- Be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design and proof of concept to full-scale implementation.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with complex queries and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Spark and/or Databricks, particularly in Lakehouse or medallion architectures.
- Experience in data modeling (relational, dimensional, normalization & denormalization) and data profiling.
- Excellent technical writing skills for producing clear documentation, data dictionaries, and lineage definitions.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience using version control (Git) and in cloud data environments, especially Azure.
- Domain experience in healthcare or similar regulated fields is a plus.
- Language Requirements: Native-level or proficient-level English speaker.
