Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and assessing data-driven algorithms for various tasks using cutting-edge AI techniques. You will also prototype and evaluate LLM-based systems and multimodal models for tasks such as document understanding, knowledge extraction, and workflow automation. Your role involves hands-on implementation of AI models, from data preparation to model deployment and maintenance in production.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation and Prototype Development: Design, develop, and assess data-driven algorithms for regression, classification, and segmentation tasks using AI techniques.
• End-to-End Implementation: Implement AI models, including data preparation and cleaning, deployment, and maintenance in production environments.
• Integration of Pipelines: Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-enabled software products for the oil & gas industry.
• Monitoring Model Performance: Evaluate and monitor AI solutions to ensure alignment with project objectives, addressing data quality issues, and improving existing solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Computer Vision projects with a strong background in state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines in an industrial context, including hands-on experience with LLM applications (e.g., GPT, Llama, Falcon).
• Familiarity with designing agentic AI systems, such as task-oriented agents and workflow orchestrators.

Requirements – Key Skills

• Strong foundation in applied mathematics and statistics.
• Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Advanced Python programming skills for AI development.
• Experience with tools like OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face) and proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts.

Educational Requirements
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or any AI-related field.
