The Senior Data Scientist will lead data-driven initiatives, applying expertise in statistics and machine learning to extract insights and develop predictive models. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges, optimize decision-making processes, and contribute to the advancement of data science methodologies within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to extract actionable insights.
• Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, ensuring they address key business problems.
• Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis and create meaningful visualizations to guide decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
• Model Deployment & Monitoring: Assist in the deployment, scaling, and monitoring of machine learning models to ensure their effectiveness over time.
• Methodology Development: Contribute to the establishment and refinement of data science methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present data-driven insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data science or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
