We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI and solid foundations in machine learning engineering to join our forward-thinking AI & Data Science team. In this pivotal role, you will lead cutting-edge AI initiatives, scale data-driven strategies, and shape the future of AI at the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex predictive and optimization models.
- Innovate in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI to create new applications like enhanced personalization and content generation.
- Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop evaluation and monitoring pipelines, ensuring model fairness and robustness.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure resilient deployment of AI systems.
- Stay updated on the latest in AI research and industry trends.
Desired Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years in applied data science or machine learning engineering roles.
- Proven track record of deploying models in production environments with measurable business impact.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and deep learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
