We are looking for Data Scientists who can solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Our Data Science team collaborates directly with product teams to generate insights, guide decision-making, and enhance customer experiences. The role requires close cooperation with professionals across Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Improving existing algorithms
- Building new Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Delivering data-driven solutions to boost product performance
- Researching and developing PoCs into scalable data products
- Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to tackle complex data challenges
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in building and leading a data science team within a growing organization
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Strong knowledge of data science tools, including Python and SQL
- Understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals
- Strategic thinking and problem diagnosis skills
- Proven ability to develop research into scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Masters or PhD)
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++
- Background in anti-fraud functions
- Experience at a large-scale global tech company
- Participation in Olympiad competitions in Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or Programming
