We are seeking Data Scientists who can utilize GenAI and other techniques to devise, promote, and implement cutting-edge solutions to complex, previously unsolved problems. The role entails direct engagement with customers, allowing you to innovate in a dynamic environment that significantly contributes to transformative projects and technologies. Responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, researching new algorithms, and discovering new methods for optimizing risk, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI/ML scientists, engineers, and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate innovative generative AI algorithms that address real-world issues.
- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, assist in implementing generative AI solutions, and conduct briefing and deep-dive sessions to guide their adoption paths.
- Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations tailored to various stakeholders, including technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Provide customer and market insights to Product and Engineering teams to guide product direction.
About The Team:
The Generative AI Innovation Center team helps customers envision and define use cases that can yield significant business value. They assist in selecting and fine-tuning appropriate models, navigating technical and business challenges, developing proof-of-concepts, and planning scalable solutions. The focus is on providing guidance regarding the responsible and cost-effective application of generative AI.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and several years of experience.
- Several years of experience in building large-scale machine learning or deep learning models.
- Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).
- Familiarity with algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel computing, high-performance computing, and neural network methods.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a related quantitative field.
- Practical experience in solving complex problems in an applied context.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer).
- Previous experience in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of the AWS platform and tools is an advantage.
