We are seeking Data Scientists who can utilize GenAI and other methodologies to create, promote, and implement cutting-edge solutions for previously unsolved problems. This role involves direct customer engagement in a dynamic environment, contributing to transformative projects and technologies. Responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, researching innovative algorithms, and optimizing variables such as risk, profitability, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI/ML scientists, engineers, and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate advanced generative AI algorithms that tackle real-world challenges.
- Interact directly with customers to comprehend their business problems, assist in the implementation of generative AI solutions, conduct briefing and in-depth sessions, and guide them on adoption strategies.
- Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations tailored to technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform product development.
About The Team:
The team assists customers in envisioning and scoping use cases that can yield significant value for their businesses. This includes selecting, training, or fine-tuning the appropriate models, charting paths through technical or business challenges, developing proof-of-concepts, and planning for scalable solution launches. The Generative AI Innovation Center team is also committed to guiding clients on the responsible and economical application of generative AI.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of relevant experience.
- Experience in building large-scale machine learning or deep learning models.
- Proficient in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).
- Knowledge in algorithms and data structures, data mining, neural deep learning methods, and parallel computing.
- Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in building models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a highly quantitative field.
- Practical problem-solving experience in an applied domain.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer).
- Prior experience in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with the AWS platform and tools.
