We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to strengthen our growing Data & Analytics team. This role will be pivotal in improving our data infrastructure, maintaining high data quality, and delivering fast, actionable insights across teams. The Senior Data Scientist will support product, business, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. Please note that this role requires experience working as a Data Scientist and is not suited for ML/AI engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Actively shape how the company uses data for strategic decisions.
- Enhance data infrastructure and tooling for improved efficiency.
- Support critical business units with ad-hoc analytics and insights.
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis to uncover actionable findings.
- Improve data collection and analytics processes across teams.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science or data analytics.
- Proven track record of implementing data infrastructure improvements and optimizations.
- Prior experience with blockchain tools or DeFi data is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimization.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying them.
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the crypto/Web3 analytical stack (e.g., Dune, Nodes, Flipside).
- Low-level blockchain data understanding (traces, events).
- Experience in uncovering business-driving data insights.
