Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) - Customer Value Management

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) for our Customer Value Management team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Accenture is a leading global professional services company that drives digital transformation across various sectors. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to enhance upselling and cross-selling activities for our clients. The successful candidate will develop innovative use cases aimed at increasing sales and revenues for B2B clients, fine-tuning predictive and adaptive models through advanced deep learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team, including data scientists and marketing experts, to implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Develop new use cases to boost B2B sales and revenue streams for clients.
• Create and optimize predictive and adaptive models using deep learning architectures.
• Guide team members in the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models at scale.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into daily operations to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• PhD in GenAI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and optimization models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Spark, Scala, or R, especially with open-source frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, DL, and statistical concepts.
• Effective technical communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior associates.
