Key Responsibilities:
- Work across the entire model pipeline of data analysis, deep learning, and machine learning.
- Choose appropriate computational tools for research and experiments.
- Develop advanced Generative AI solutions for applications like intelligent assistants and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Craft clear, concise, and error-free computer programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to present results and gather business requirements.
- Lead teams of data scientists and software engineers to successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Generative AI, particularly natural language processing (NLP) and large-scale transformer models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude).
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and machine learning operationalization.
- Ability to conduct business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and their applications.
- Experience deploying AI solutions with major cloud providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
