Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time onsite from Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in Generative AI and natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including large-scale transformer models and generative pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
- Knowledge of the latest developments in diffusion models and generative frameworks for text and image generation.
- Competence in applying advanced deep learning techniques in practical scenarios.
- Proficiency in working with the latest pre-trained language models like GPT-4, BERT, and their iterations.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle of AI projects and machine learning operationalization processes.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to major cloud providers.
- Hands-on experience with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly for non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the full stack of data analysis, deep learning, and machine learning model pipelines, including data analysis, modeling, and production deployment.
- Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions such as intelligent assistants and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Produce clear, concise, and organized computer programs with the appropriate technological stack.
- Present results directly to stakeholders and gather business requirements.
- Lead teams of data scientists and software engineers to successful project execution.
- Maintain a synergy between Data Scientists, DevOps team, and ML Engineers to build infrastructure and productize machine learning pipelines.
- Contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine AI-powered content generation.
- Participate in international events and gain certifications in cutting-edge technologies.

Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level is required.
