We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to strengthen our growing Data & Analytics team. This role will be pivotal in improving our data infrastructure, maintaining high data quality, and delivering actionable insights across teams. The Senior Data Scientist will support product, business, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Actively shape how the company uses data for strategic decisions.
- Enhance data infrastructure and tooling for improved efficiency.
- Support critical business units with ad-hoc analytics and insights.
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis to uncover actionable findings.
- Improve data collection and analytics processes across teams.
- Ensure dashboards provide clarity, usability, and real-time visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing data infrastructure improvements and optimizations.
- Prior experience working with blockchain tools or DeFi data is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimization.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying them.
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with the crypto/Web3 analytical stack (Dune, Nodes, Flipside).
- Low-level blockchain data understanding (traces, events).
- Experience in uncovering business-driving data insights.
