We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong emphasis on machine learning and cloud-based solution development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms. A deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and the ability to handle complex data science projects are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Lead end-to-end machine learning projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models through rigorous testing and validation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) policies and related assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
- Over 7 years of industry experience in machine learning and data science, specifically with cloud platform development and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning model deployment.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data engineering and ETL processes.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and real-time data processing technologies.
