Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize LLMs using techniques such as Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and tokenization.
- Lead LLM application development, aligning outputs with business needs.
- Collaborate on scalable data pipelines for training LLMs.
- Extract relevant features for machine learning tasks from large datasets.
- Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science
- 5 - 7 years of experience in the field
- Hands-on experience with GPT, BERT, or related LLMs
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, Stanza, etc.
- Experience with vector databases, text embeddings, and their applications in information retrieval or recommendation systems
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and practices for model lifecycle management
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
