The Opportunity:
Are you a qualified and proficient Senior Data Scientist with the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency? Presight needs your skills to develop and deliver diverse data products across the company, including predictive models and machine learning.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Machine Learning and Deep Learning Model Development:
- Initial data gathering, exploratory data analysis, basic data cleaning, annotation, and deploying models in production.
- Domain Knowledge in NLP/Audio/CV:
- Expertise in NLP (text classification, named entity recognition, sequence labeling); experience with LLM (quantitation, fine-tuning) preferred.
- Expertise in Audio (Audio Classification, ASR); experience with Transformer-based model training preferred.
- Expertise in Computer Vision (object detection, segmentation, tracking); experience with Vision Language Model preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Python programming, PyTorch, sklearn, pandas, Docker, and REST API development.
- Model Selection, Training, and Validation:
- Develop and train machine learning or deep learning models, employing state-of-the-art techniques and algorithms.
- Conduct thorough model selection processes to determine the best fit for specific tasks.
- Testing, Benchmarking, and Scaling Models:
- Rigorously test models under various scenarios for reliability and robustness.
- Benchmark model performance and scale models for large-scale data handling.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, and Risk Management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end machine learning and deep learning model training on GPU servers, with parallelism experience; experience on AMD GPU preferred.
