Your Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Azure cloud services and a proven track record of developing predictive models from scratch, including segmentation, churn, acquisition, and/or credit risk models. A strong background in conducting A/B testing to validate product performance and guide important business decisions is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy sophisticated predictive models using the Azure stack.
- Lead extensive A/B testing campaigns to optimize product performance and business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Manage end-to-end data science project lifecycles, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Your Profile
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science role.
- Strong proficiency with Azure cloud services and its data science toolkit.
- Demonstrated experience creating predictive models from scratch (segmentation, churn, acquisition, or credit risk).
- Extensive experience with A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Certifications in Azure or other cloud services.
- Proficiency in English.
