Senior Data Solution Architect/Designer

About the Job:
We are seeking a Senior Data Solution Architect/Designer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to work with a leading IT services and consulting organization, the company. With over 50 years of experience, the company is dedicated to transforming businesses through a consulting-led and cognitive-powered portfolio of services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark, and Medallion Architecture.
• Experience with Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), Hadoop ecosystem, Hive, Impala, and distributed data platforms.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling, Data Vault, data products, Customer 360, and semantic layer design.
• Hands-on experience designing batch, CDC, event-driven, and streaming architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, semantic models, visualization principles, and executive dashboard design.
• Familiarity with ML, MLOps, Feature Stores, Synthetic Data, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience with enterprise data governance tools such as Informatica EDC, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills, with the ability to present architecture concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Preferred Profile:

• Banking, Financial Services, or Large Enterprise Data Platform experience.
• Experience designing Customer 360, Risk 360, Finance, Regulatory, or Enterprise Data Hub solutions.
• Familiarity with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and Modern Lakehouse architectures.
• Exposure to AI-ready semantic layers, conversational analytics, and enterprise knowledge graph concepts.
