Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable data solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, leveraging deep expertise in Big Data technologies.
- Lead presales efforts by actively engaging in RFP responses, showcasing comprehensive technical understanding, and emphasizing commercial viability.
- Engage effectively with CEO/CXO-level stakeholders, initiating proactive discussions, and articulating technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a hands-on leader, contributing to Proof of Concepts (POCs) and aiding in project discovery phases.
- Drive data governance and quality initiatives, employing expertise in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and implementation strategies.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Leverage extensive experience in database technologies, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, and data manipulation tools.
- Showcase exemplary leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members towards shared goals.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, exhibiting exceptional communication skills.
- Apply problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to navigate complex data challenges.
- Implement and manage data governance frameworks, as applicable.
- Possess certifications in relevant areas such as data management or data governance (advantageous).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in data management, governance, and analytics.
- Expertise in data governance, data quality, and MDM concepts and tools.
- Profound knowledge of Big Data technologies, cloud-native services (AWS, Azure), and related frameworks.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
