In this role, you will manage technology consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality technology solutions are delivered. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities.
- Developing and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills and leveraging industry best practices to identify and solve complex technology issues.
- Contributing to the firm’s knowledge base by sharing insights and learnings from various projects.
- Tailoring your professional development by engaging in training programs and collaborating with inspiring partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with a proven track record of achievements and personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with technology and digital advisory/implementation, particularly in IT transformation and modernization, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations in financial services.
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies that align with clients' goals.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects with a strong commitment to client service.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time, willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom.
