You will be involved in technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, managing solution design and implementation to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. This includes building relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key technology decision-makers to understand their needs and strategic priorities. You will develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and strengthen the firm's knowledge base by sharing insights and learnings from projects.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with a proven record of achievements; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance) is beneficial.
- Experience in technology advisory and implementation, particularly focusing on IT transformation and modernization.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of digital transformations, enabling strategic value-driven technology strategies.
- Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and implement strategic initiatives within financial service organizations, including process re-engineering and cultural change management.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a commitment to client service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom.
