Your Impact:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Implement a structured approach to identify and solve complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices.
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with your teams.
- Chart your development journey by attending formal training programs and collaborating with inspiring partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with proven achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Experience in financial services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Familiarity with technology and digital advisory and implementation, particularly in IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services.
- Proven ability to define and implement a digital and technology strategy that aligns with client goals and drives innovation.
- Experience in managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects successfully.
- Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services organizations, including process re-engineering and technology adoption.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high level of client service commitment.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom.
