Your Responsibilities:
- Manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and other key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Tackle complex technology problems with a structured approach, leveraging industry best practices.
- Strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with your team.
- Chart your own development journey through training programs and collaboration with inspiring partners.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with a proven track record and drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management, public finance) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with technology and digital advisory and implementation, particularly in IT transformation and modernization.
- Understanding of business and technical aspects of technology transformations, enabling value-driven technology strategies.
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies aligning with clients' goals.
- Experience managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects, and transforming strategic initiatives within financial services.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated commitment to client service.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
