Key Responsibilities:
- Join a client service team to assist clients in enhancing delivery and execution capabilities during active projects and beyond.
- Deliver innovative solutions to solve immediate issues and drive long-term change.
- Collaborate with clients to solve problems, refine strategies, and implement transformations that ensure sustained impact post-engagement.
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients, communicate effectively with all levels of organization, and develop a personal leadership style.
- Receive training to effectively structure complex problems and synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
- 4+ years of project delivery experience in consulting, ideally focused on large-scale projects within the financial sector; international experience is advantageous.
- Experience in Financial Services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Background in organizational development, transformational delivery, or productivity improvement is a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and commitment to client service.
- Capable of working collaboratively within diverse teams and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Proficient in communicating complex ideas effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel.
