What You'll Do
- Manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
- Strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams.
- Chart your own development journey, attending formal training programs, working with inspiring partners, and focusing on business areas you are passionate about.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with a clear record of achievements and a proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Services across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation is beneficial (including IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data transformation).
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services, enabling the creation of value-driven technology strategies.
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy that aligns with clients' strategic goals and drives digital innovation.
- Experience managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects with extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services organizations.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, including a demonstrated commitment to high levels of client service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all organizational levels.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
